个人信息处理方针Privacy Policy

株式会社 SEOJEONG F&B（品牌：SEOJUNG TRIP，以下简称“本公司”）遵守韩国《个人信息保护法》等相关法律，按以下方式处理客户的个人信息。SEOJEONG F&B Co., Ltd. (brand: SEOJUNG TRIP, "the Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and related laws, and handles your personal information as set out below.

一、处理目的1. Purpose of processing

  • 受理旅行咨询，回复行程方案与报价Receiving travel inquiries and replying with itineraries and quotes
  • 办理预订（车辆、住宿、餐厅、门票、合作医疗机构预约）及执行行程Making bookings (vehicles, hotels, restaurants, tickets, partner clinic appointments) and running your trip
  • 处理咨询与投诉，通知行程变更Handling questions and complaints, and notifying you of schedule changes

二、处理的个人信息项目2. Personal information we process

  • 必填：姓名、联系方式（微信号、WhatsApp 或邮箱其中之一）、国家或地区Required: name, contact (one of WeChat ID, WhatsApp or email), country or region
  • 选填：期望到访日期、人数、感兴趣的内容、备注Optional: travel dates, number of guests, interests, notes
  • 办理预订时，另行取得同意后收集：护照英文姓名、出生日期、航班信息等预订所必需的信息If you book with us, with your separate consent: name as on passport, date of birth, flight details and other information needed for the booking
  • 本网站咨询表不收集健康状况或诊疗记录。医疗机构预约所需的健康信息，仅在另行取得您的同意后收集，并转交相关医疗机构。We do not collect health conditions or medical records through this website form. Health information needed for a clinic appointment is collected only with your separate consent and passed to that clinic.

三、保存及使用期限3. Retention period

  • 仅咨询时：咨询结束满1年后销毁。Inquiries only: deleted one year after the inquiry ends.
  • 签订合同时：依据韩国《电子商务消费者保护法》，合同及付款记录保存5年，投诉及纠纷处理记录保存3年。If you sign a contract: under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, contract and payment records are kept for 5 years and complaint records for 3 years.

四、向第三方提供4. Provision to third parties

本公司仅在履行预订所必需时，经您同意后提供最少限度的信息，具体如下。Only where needed to complete your booking, and with your consent, we share the minimum information as follows.

  • 接收方：住宿业者、车辆及运输业者、餐厅、旅游设施、合作医疗机构（天空整形外科医院、REZERO 皮肤科、西面 Baro 牙科）Recipients: hotels, transport operators, restaurants, attractions, and partner clinics (Haneul Plastic Surgery, REZERO Clinic, Seomyeon Baro Dental)
  • 提供项目：姓名、联系方式、使用日期与人数、预订所需信息Items: name, contact, dates and number of guests, information needed for the booking
  • 保存期限：至接收方使用目的完成为止Retention: until the recipient’s purpose is fulfilled

五、委托处理及境外转移5. Outsourcing and overseas transfer

本公司为受理咨询及运营网站使用以下境外服务，个人信息可能因此转移至境外。We use the following overseas services to receive inquiries and run this website, so your information may be transferred abroad.

  • Google LLC（美国）：通过 Gmail 接收咨询邮件。转移项目：咨询表中填写的全部内容。转移时间及方式：您发送邮件时通过网络传输。保存期限：同第三条。Google LLC (USA): receiving inquiry emails via Gmail. Items: everything entered in the form. When and how: sent over the internet when you email us. Retention: as in section 3.
  • Cloudflare, Inc.（美国）：网站运营。转移项目：访问记录（IP 地址、访问时间等）。保存期限：依 Cloudflare 政策。Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): website hosting. Items: access logs (IP address, time of visit, etc.). Retention: per Cloudflare’s policy.
  • 通过微信（腾讯）或 WhatsApp（Meta）咨询时，同时适用相应应用公司的隐私政策。If you contact us via WeChat (Tencent) or WhatsApp (Meta), those companies’ privacy policies also apply.

如不同意境外转移，可改用微信或电话咨询，但将无法使用邮件咨询。If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you can contact us by WeChat or phone instead, but email inquiries will not be available.

六、销毁程序与方法6. How we delete information

保存期限届满或处理目的达成后立即销毁。电子文件以无法恢复的方式删除，纸质文件予以粉碎或焚毁。When the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved, we delete the information without delay. Electronic files are erased so they cannot be recovered, and paper records are shredded or burned.

七、您的权利及行使方法7. Your rights

您可随时要求查阅、更正、删除或停止处理您的个人信息。请通过邮件或电话联系下列个人信息保护负责人，我们将在10日内处理。You may ask at any time to view, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information. Contact the privacy officer below by email or phone, and we will act within 10 days.

八、安全保障措施8. Security measures

本公司将可接触个人信息的人员控制在最少范围，通过账号密码及两步验证管理访问，网站仅通过安全连接（HTTPS）运营。We keep the number of staff with access to a minimum, protect accounts with passwords and two-step verification, and run this website over secure connections (HTTPS) only.

九、未满14周岁儿童9. Children under 14

本公司不通过网站收集未满14周岁儿童的个人信息。儿童随行时，通过其监护人进行咨询。We do not collect information from children under 14 through this website. If a child travels with you, we deal with the parent or guardian.
